We ask that you provide us with 24 hour notice of cancellation for any appointments. If you do not give us 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment we will charge you at the time of your next appointment. Clients who have a habit of being late will be charged a deposit for their service after 3 back to back cancellations. Appointments will not be made or confirmed without deposit.
In the case you are late for an appointment we allow a 15-20 minute window depending on the service. If you are past that time frame you will receive a text or call offering for a reschedule. Appointments that are canceled due to tardiness are subject to cancellation fee.
If you cant make your appointment you can always email or text out of hours to cancel. You do not have to wait until the salon is open. This gives other people a chance to book in your slot. Thank you!!!
